  • Absolutely not. Many of our members start with zero lifting experience. We coach you through it with proper form, clear programming, and real-time support.

  • We don’t do cookie-cutter plans or quick fixes. CBT is built on structured strength training, performance-based nutrition, and actual coaching—not cheerleading.

  • In-person = small group coaching at our Moffat Beach facility, with optional 1:1 nutrition support.

    Online = strength + nutrition coaching delivered remotely, with weekly check-ins and custom programming.

  • Yes—if you’re already training or just want to focus on fuelling better, Taz offers nutrition-only coaching as well. Just mention it on your free consult call.

  • Our programs are priced based on how much coaching + support you want. In-person memberships start from $25/week and online coaching starts from $64.95/week.

  • Every program is adaptable. We modify movements, manage around injuries, and make sure you’re training in a way that supports long-term strength and recovery.

  • Nope. It’s about building strength, improving performance, fuelling your body, and creating results that feel good. Weight loss may be part of it—but it’s not the only goal.
