Meet Tasmyn (or Taz to just about everyone).
CBT Facility Founder. Coach. Nutritionist. Straight-shooter.
I created CBT after a decade in the fitness industry.
I’m a qualified PT, having worked in gyms since 2017 and have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. In short, I’m not just another PT with unsolicited food advice.
CBT isn’t here to just “motivate you” with hype of push fad diets that don’t work. I coach women with structure, strategy, and support — so you get results that actually last beyond 6 weeks.
I’ve coached hundreds of women, from total beginners to advanced lifters.
I know what works.
I know what doesn’t.
And I’m not afraid to say it.

Grace coaches some of our group sessions and also works with her own clients from within the CBT space.
She’s a qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate’s III & IV), is in her final year of study for her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and has her Pre & Post Natal Certification.
Her specialties lie within: injury rehabilitation, programming for performance in sport or functional competitions, and women’s strength.
Grace brings her own coaching style, but shares the same CBT values: structure, progression, proper form, and coaching that empowers women.

Freelance Coach. Women’s Health Lover. CBT’s Quiet Powerhouse.
Stef coaches some of our group sessions and also works with her own clients from within the CBT space.
She’s a qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate’s III & IV, Master Level 1), with a passion for strength training and helping women move in a way that honours their bodies. Since starting her coaching journey back in 2019, she’s built experience across boutique studios, stepping into head trainer and studio manager roles, and has developed a deep understanding of women’s health, hormones, and lifestyle factors that impact training.
Stef brings her own coaching style, but shares the same CBT values: structure, progression, proper form, and coaching that empowers women.
